We are very pleased to invite you to our Gay BBQ Party in Okutama, Sat. July 11th to Sun. July 12th, 2009.
Only two hours away from Central Tokyo, the natural beauty of Okutama is the perfect weekend getaway for those who love 
outdoor activities.
What could be better than swimming in a clear mountain river while the smell of grilling food drifts by?
Also, if there is enough interest, there will also be a side trip to go kayaking down the Okutama River on Saturday. We need a minimum of 10 people to make it happen. All of the equipment and training is included in the side trip's price.

Plan A) 4,000yen (Day-trip with bring-your-own-drinks)
Plan A includes a delicious all-day, all-you-can-eat gourmet riverside BBQ (steak, chicken, Johnsonville Brats, veggies, etc), a bonfire, entertainment, and fireworks
Plan B) 8,000yen (one night stay with bring-your-own-drinks)
The party doesn’t have to stop with the last train! Plan B has everything from plan A, plus you get to spend the night in a beautiful log house in the middle of the woods and keep on partying into the night!
Plan C) 15,000yen(one night stay in a Private VIP lodge with bring-your-own-drinks)
Camp in style! This plan offers everything from the other plans, but you will have you're own private VIP lodge to spend the night in!
EXTRA: Kayaking Side Trip: plus 4,000yen
Join a half-day kayaking trip down the Okutama River. All equipment, transportation and training is included. No experience necessary! (Note: the trip requires a minimum of 10 people to join, otherwise it will be cancelled.)
A brief description of what will happen on the event:
Saturday (July 11th)
- 12:00 Meet at Hikawa Camp Site
- 15:00 Set up BBQ at the Riverside (this will be a relaxed, family-style BBQ, so we do ask that everyone help out with the set-up and cooking. Thanks!)
- 15:30~21:00 Relax at the campsite, Swim in the river, visit the hot spring, Eat, Drink, Bonfire, & Fireworks
- 22:00 Last train back to Shinjuku (Plan A)
- 21:00~? The party continues in the log house (Plans B & C)
Sunday (July 12th)
- 10:00 Check out
- After check out, you can go on a short hike or visit neighboring hot spring for more fun.
Transportation:

From Shinjiku, take the Chuo line bound for Takao and get off at Tachikawa Station. Transfer to the Oome line to Okutama Station. Then a 5min walk from Okutama Sta. to Hikawa Campsite.
